“Very disappointed to say the least, my car is not 3 yrs old and I drive it very little to look after it, as I have a second car for work purposes and use my second one regularly, I went to malta for 2 weeks to find that for so.e reason my car was moved and when I got in my duster there is scratches on my dashboard how and why I don't know, I've tried hard to keep it in top shape as to sell it on the 3rd Yr, and now I will lose money because of these scratches, its never happened before but has now disappointed ain't the word”

“We have always used Silver Zone and found them to be efficient and reliable. However this time was not such a good experience on leaving the airport after collecting our car. At the barrier the machine would not accept our ticket in order to let us through. Using the intercom I explained to the guy that we couldn't get through, to be told that the ticket did not have the right Reg Number of the car!!! It seemed that instead of the Reg Number it just had the make of our car, which was of no fault of our own as we didn't process the details at the desk. We were told to make sure we have the correct Reg Number in future!!! Surely it's down to the staff to make sure this is entered correctly when they process it?? Apart from that everything was fine :)”
