“Fast simple check-in and then short bus ride to the terminal.
On return there was a long queue and long wait for the bus at the terminal, the remainder of the queue will have had an even longer wait for a second bus.
Arrival at the parking key collection was ok despite the crowd, HOWEVER it transpires they move the cars during the period - although the move is within the same car park, this means someone routinely enters the car during the period - this was not made clear in the booking process. This should be made abundantly clear during the booking before payment or application so that the decision can be made by the customer, and any valuables taken care of in advance.”
“Works well, saves having to find a place in multi story. Wait for return bus 10 minutes but depends on how many planes have landed close together obviously. Great service”
“Very easy to find, friendly and professional staff. The whole parking process and bus to the terminal was very slick and easy. Even better was the return home, we had been delayed by over two hours and Bristol was jam packed with returning passengers on delayed flights. I was expecting this delay to spill over into collecting the car keys but the Silver Parking staff made this a painless process. Thank God! Very grateful that we were able to get on the road really quickly.
I’m not entirely sure why it’s necessary to leave the keys and have the car moved from its parking spot to a new spot for when you return. That aside I would highly recommend the Silver Parking. I felt it was secure and well run. It gave me confidence in leaving the car and was good value for money.”
