“Unfortunately, after years of great service pre - computerised era- this time I was let down by the Company. On my arrival, the car could not be located for quite some time. Finally, it was delivered to me without explanation albeit with apologies. I hope that the system will be improved asap. I will nevertheless continue to use the service hoping that this incident was a one-off.”
