Pick up at airport was unacceptable.
We waited 3 bus loads for pick up in cold.
Again, waited outside in cold to pick up car keys.
Once car keys were issued it started to rain and car
was parked other side of car park. Not user friendly.
Better in the old days when you keep your keys and just drive
away.”

“On arrival back to collect our car we were given a bay number. The bay, however was empty. 50 minutes later after waiting around they finally found our car. We were tired after a long journey and that was the last thing we needed. We got a cursory apology and were told it happens.”
