Booking in took us a short while as the login system was new to us . On exit the ANPR misread our number plate so the barrier wouldn't raise. Once I'd pressed the help button this was rectified quickly.

Easy enough to find and use. Bus arrived promptly and got us to the airport fairly quick. Small issue finding our booking on the system but was dealt with by a helpful member of staff. Long queues at key collection meant people had to queue outside late at night in very cold temperatures.

Excellent service and great price. Using the automated check in will take a little getting to grips with.

Excellent parking area clean and tidy. Very professional drop off zone very helpful. Pickup was just as good smooth key collection . Very good

Silver Zone parking does everything it says on the tin - only gripes.... 1) I do wish car park drivers wouldn't move the position my seat's in. It always seems to take ages to get it back right afterwards. 2) I arrived and parked in space No.191 - yet the car was moved to another collection point. I wonder why they just don't leave it where you left it.

Our trip was cancelled by Easyjet 3 hours before departure, when i requested a refund i was told sorry it has to be 48hrs before cancellation. All the other companies refunded immediately this company where the only ones that refused refund. Would i use them again, NEVER, absolutely appalling customer service. Would i recommend them to my network of family and friends Never be to embarrassed too.

Checking your vehicle in, has much improved but I can see at busy holiday times it beng a very slow process. Collecting your keys on return was laborious and took a long time as only two staff were on duty with a long queue out the door.
