“I was a little surprised to have a full car body scan on entry but I guess as they move cars it’s to protect them from false damage claims. The drop off system is automated but I didn’t find it simple - why can’t I just scan a booking bar code? Also we dropped off in heavy rain - there is no temporary drop off bay near reception to facilitate this when you have luggage. Collection was easy and my car was re-parked by staff close to reception”
