“Easy to drop my car off, but I don’t like that the staff move the cars to various other locations during the stay. I would prefer to use a car park where the car simply stays where I left it. The collection experience was unpleasant and inefficient, waiting for staff to scan the receipt, find the code, search for the box that had the code on it and finally give me the key. This system caused a huge queue when leaving the shuttle bus and took way longer than it should have with, say, an automated system.”
“Very easy to use and easily located.
On way to holiday, you park, hand your keys in with location you parked in then board a bus to the airport.
On return, you board bus at airport to silver zone you collect your keys and they tell you where its parked.
Very easy system, friendly service and buses to and from site are regular. Highly recommend and will use the service again.”
