“All good once again except for the return transfer back to the Silver Zone.
We waited a good 20 mins for the bus in the freezing cold as no shelter at all and the queue becoming longer.
We used the service last November and we were left behind, the bus departed, as it was full and there was much space at the back of the bus, the driver didn't tell the passengers to move to the back.
It's a very good service but, having doubts now about using Silver Zone due to the disappointing wait at the airport.”

“The sign for Silver Zone parking at the entrance to Bristol Airport was missed on a wet night when concentrating on driving. Suggest a better simple map is included in your documentation.
