“Very easy and well run system, had no problems at all, could perhaps have more staff to help as it is mostly a automated system which can confuse the older amongst us, but in general a good system”
“We haven't used silver zone for years because of the pool organisation and delays that we always experienced in the past
We booked last week for a week, I have to say I was amazed how much it had changed.
When we arrived , it was quite, staff were really helpful and friendly. So initial impressions were good.
Until we returned, queues for the bus were really long, it was absolutely freezing, and the bus was a single bus that didn't have much space for everyone so again a waiting game until the next one arrives.
When we got to reception, again there was a long queue,, staff were helpful. Gave us our keys and explained where our car was. We walked to the back of the car park where we were told our car would be, only to find an empty space.
After walking around for 10 mins we could not find our car. We found a very helpful young gentleman who worked at silver zone, Who had to get the van and drive around the car park to try and find our car
After 30 mins of being stuck in the airport he finally found our car, completely the opposite end of car park.
Would not use silver zone again and certainly wouldn't recommend it either.”
