“Very automated now, but we sailed through that. Shuttle buses in either direction were very crowded, but we didn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get on one.”
“Bristol airport parking absolutely fabulous however, on leaving the airport at 3 o’clock in the morning and only being there for the first time by myself, the machine on leaving was quite confusing and I posted my key tag through the machine without fully reading called for assistance and the man on the end wasn’t very understanding and very rude name calling was not appropriate.”
“The process of dropping off car and transport to airport are good but when picking up car the queue for collecting key is very slow, usually only one person serving.”
