“The whole checking in process was amazing and compared to last year it went smoothly.
It certainly helped having the gentleman advising one person to check In.
Check out was slow but smooth UNTIL the barrier did t work.
Pressed the HELP button and waited 25 minutes for a human to speak.
When he did finally talk to me he was rude obnoxious aggressive and told me I lied when I mentioned I how long i had waited.
It then took him 5-10 minutes to open my barrier. That whole process of existing put a real downer on the silver zone experience”
“Very easy to park and drop car/keys off. Nightmare returning to collect keys. Not enough staff and queues out side the door. Also can't understand the need to move car. This has happened twice and is putting me off parking at the Silver Zone again”

“Fantastic service as usual. Very organized and fast moving. The staff are always pleasant. This was the 1st time for us having a really early flight, when I seen the queues, I thought noooo, but needn't have panicked as moved very quickly, especially with the self service. We did not use this, as my partner and myself enjoy speaking to staff. Thank you”
