“Excellant, apart from the lady driver on 29th/30th May 2023 had an attitude when we declined to stand up as my partner has arthritis in both knees, we said we will wait for the bus behind and she said he won't leave until it is full mind quite rude and abrupt”
“Parking and transport to and from the airport is made easy and the check in and out is slick and efficient.
My only concern was that every control in my car was altered, and 3 miles put on the clock.”
“Easy to book online. Automated key drop off which works well. I was at the front of the queue to collect my keys on my return, but only two people on duty, so for those at the back of the queue it might have been a long wait as the bus was absolutely packed.
Only negative was my car wasn't recognised going out so I had to ask for help but wasn't delayed too long. Would definately use again.”
“We were able to park our car in the disabled parking section and only had a few metres to walk to the 'Check In' section. Checked my car in and was issued a slip with my car key reference number. The transfer bus stopped outside 'Departures' and on our return, again the bus was outside (ideally it could have been a little nearer to the 'Arrivals Door' which would have saved the walk down to the 'Departure' drop off zone). 'Check Out' was straight forward - handed in my reference number slip and my car key was handed back and informed where the car was. Again our car was parked near the main building a few meters walk to the disabled car park.”
