“Everything was so simple, from dropping our car off to picking it up 2 weeks later, it was all so well thought out. There was no queueing and no time wasted, the buses were always on time with plenty of room for everyone. Well done Bristol Airport Silver Zone, absolutely brilliant.”
“All automated, straight forward process checking in, although transfer buses poorly designed, not enough storage spaces for luggage which meant people were taking it to their seats and it was blocking the gangways.”
“Easy to find and the drop off procedure was fairly simple, although there was a very helpful member of staff there to assist. On return the handover of the keys was quick and straightforward and I was directed to my car. The only issue I have is that the shuttle buses were very crowded.”
