“Difficult to find a parking spot to drop the car off with around 20 minutes circling the car park before one became free. Needs much more management of the queuing system on return to Bristol. Lengthy queue with people pushing in ahead. Bus frequency was not good either with a waiting time of around 40 minutes in the rain with limited cover. When a bus did arrive, we were rammed in shoulder to shoulder and it did not feel particularly safe as the driver swung around the roundabouts and bends meaning it was difficult to stay upright and not bash into other people. The idea is good and once back at base it is slick but needs better management of the whole process.”

“Really good service apart from 2 drivers of buses on way from car park to Bristol airport who were more interested in maximising their vape break rather than getting passengers to the airport on time. We waited an unnecessary 10 mins as a result.”
