“Bit disapointed when I got to my car to find the floor on the drivers side was full of grass I know you have to park the car elsewhere but the least you could have done was cleaned the grass out as I take particular care of my car and had just valeted before I went on holiday”
“I've given an average star rating because on my return to the airport I picked my keys up and proceeded to the bay indicated, only to find my car not parked there. Returned to office where they sent a driver to locate my car, it turned out that they omitted one digit on the bay number. It was stressful having an extra hour delay after travelling all day.”
