“On arrival to collect car keys we were told that there was a confusion with flight times,loads of people’s cars had not been moved therefore we had to wait an hour and a half for our vehicle which is completely outrageous,especially after nearly a 5 hour flight and it being 2:30 am by the time we left when by then we should have been back home not still at the airport. There was no apologies or no sense of urgency. We was one of the first people in line to collect our keys but one of the last ones to get them back. Definently won’t be returning again after spending that much money.”
