“Not a perfect result. We arrived at the Silver Zone car park to be met by a chap on the barrier who gave us a ticket and told us we had been upgraded to the main car park. That bit was good. However 10 days later when we tried to leave the main car park the exit machine did not respond to our ticket and the exit barrier stayed firmly down. This was happening to another family alongside us, also APH customers. By pressing the help button and explaining to the lady on the other end, the problem was quickly resolved, but by now the drivers in the queue behind us were getting a little testy. It was a hot day. So the next time this happens, just get your guy on your barrier to talk people thru the exiting strategy.”
“Used silver zone parking on several occasions and have never accounted any problems. Very straightforward to use checking in system but staff available if any problems.”
“After waiting 15 minutes for the bus to arrive ,There was a very large queue for the bus on return flight ! Therefore the bus was filled too full squeezing as many people on as possible leaving us standing in the aisles with 2 cases to hold and aslo trying to hold on ! No that’s for health and safety of the passengers onboard ! Not what you need after a flight home .”
