On my return to pick up my car I found it save and untouched.

“As usual checking in and retrieving vehicle effortless. I was a little disappointed this time as my radio setting had been changed, the heaters were on and on unlocking the doors the hood began to retract which meant that someone had interfered with it. The car had not been for a joyride in my absence as the mileage didn't reflect extra miles. It was lovely to see a bus waiting for us, so there was no undue wait for transport back to my vehicle.”

“As ever we received a great service from Silver Zone parking. Efficient key drop off and bus service to and from the terminal.
Key collection was a little delayed due to the staff being unable to locate a couple of keys which was mildly worrying. In my opinion, the staff were not offering the customers concerned sufficient attention at what must have been a frustrating moment. With vehicles being shifted around during the parking period, how do BASZ parking ensure keys are not mislayed and what system is in place to ensure all keys are returned to the office once a vehicle has been moved ?”
