“Check in process has changed since we last used Silver Zone. Now one person from your group has to queue up and check in via a machine. This was very confusing. Return and collection was at the desk and a 'person' and was much less hassle.”

just a few hours later due to a MEDICAL EMERGENCY which ended up in hospital for 24 hours

In the long stay CP near the entrance! We were not asked whether we had walking difficulties etc.
The long haul up to the entrance was difficult for my husband and myself. I tried to phone assistance from crete as I was worried about the return trek. We arrived back about 12.00pm and eventaully 2 delightful young men drove us back to our car. Thank you to them.”
