“On arrival at Bristol from Palma we were met by a huge and lengthy queue for the return bus from airport to Silver Zone. The flight from Palma was on time and took approx 2h. From landing at 15.35 pm it took a further 2h to reach Siver Zone and car key collection. This is unacceptable and no explanation was forthcoming.”
