“My vehicle was damaged while parked up at Bristol Silverzone. The valet parker managed to snap the internal driver's side door handle but even though a note had been made on the yellow fob attached to my key to acknowledge an issue, Silverzone parking are not interested as i did not report it before leaving. This was an error on my part but it was 2.00am in the morning, i was soaked to the skin having been told the wrong bay that my car had been left in and to say that the reception area was chaos that night/morning would be an understatement. Things have changed drastically for the worse at this car park, just look at the Trustpilot reviews, terrible, i wish that i had before i booked again this time, guess you live and learn but this is the last time that i will ever be using Silverzone car park , this experience has taught me a valuable lesson. Please think carefully before booking here and read the reviews, i think that you too will see an obvious problem, and hopefully you will not end up with an un-pleasant garage bill at the end of your holiday !!”
