“The key drop off and pick up service was very efficient. The rate limiting step was definitely the bus pick up. There was a HUGE queue for this outside the airport on returning. There definitely need to be more frequent buses when there is many scheduled landings at the same time. It has put me off reusing this service despite the efficiencies in the other steps.”
