“All went very smoothly until one of us was ill and we had to rearrange our flight. We couldn't amend our booking online as it was less than 48 hours and the number given online just gave us an email address, which turned out to not be operational any longer. Found another telephone number, which no one answered. Eventually phoned any random Bristol Airport number and got through to 'wheelchair access' who very kindly transferred us to Silver Zone - what a palaver.”
“Easy process finding the Silver Zone parking entrance and drop-key off. The staff in the key tagging location was friendly and very helpful. Busses were frequent and the driver ensured the most efficient transfers of passengers which meant leaving no one to wait for the next bus. Will use this service going forward.”

“Your automatic book-in does not "like" people who are not flying on the day of book-in or are not leaving on the day they fly back. With so many people using the on-site hotel, this should be easier. Also, our car was some distance away on the day we picked it up.”
“Check-in and check-out went smoothly as did the transport to and from the airport.
The only downside was the interior of the car around the pedals and carpet was covered in mud which was still wet. Clearly, the driver who moved the car was not too fussy about wearing muddy boots or wiping the mud off when he parked the car.”
