“Very chaotic when we arrived 3am Sat morning but there had been a major accident no buses could get into the airport at the main entrance everything was delayed although it was very chaotic the buses from the car park were well organised and they got us there by going through the airport It’s the first time that I have used this service but I will definitely use again when flying from Bristol”
“Too many passengers for the infrastructure resulting in long queues and waiting exposed to the elements. Buses every 15 minutes is just not enough, and your car is moved by employees whilst you are away. I found mine with seat pushed back and blower on at full temperature.”
