“Despite a power cut which delayed the buses getting to the airport the massive queue was dealt with efficiently and swiftly by the staff. Even when faced with a big queue to collect keys staff were excellent!! Wish I could say the same for some of the customers!!”
“Although the Silver Zone was extremely busy when we arrived the staff directed us to a vacant parking space, without any fuss. The staff were very helpful when booking our car and keys in at the automatic check-in. When picking the car up we were given concise directions to where it was parked. All went very smoothly after a stressful flight home with delays.”

“Check in great staff friendly, but pick up serice utterly shambolic and chaotic queued for 90 mins to get return shuttle bus to Silver Zone at end of the holiday then crammed in like sardines. Rubbish do not use”
“Very easy hassle free service which I use every time I go away. Car was exactly as I left it and the drop off / pick up went smoothly as always.
The shuttle service is regular and never uncomfortably full because of the high frequency.
I would definitely recommend using.”
