“Whilst it is the best value long term parking at the airport and the parking key drop and return arrangements are well organized and staff helpful and polite there is one major problem - access to the airport. The road junctions and lack of traffic control resulted in a 20 minute delay to the shuttle bus . Sort out the A38 !”
“Used Silver Zone 3 times this year. Getting pretty sick of waiting 30 minutes at the terminal in the dark and cold waiting for 2 buses to turn up at the same time. Used to love silver zone. Not sure I will use again.”
“Easy to find. Drop off & collection fairly straightforward, good shuttle bus to the terminal & good value. It took us a little while to get back to the carpark because the buses were delayed due to local roadworks but this situation only temporary. I hadn't appreciated that the car would be moved whilst we were away and it was quite muddy on one side when we got back & collected it.”
