“BASZ was a great start to our holiday. Booking online was simple and easy to navigate. Clear directions were given to the location of the Zone. Dropping off keys was efficient and the frequent bus service (even in the small hours) was effortless. On our return, a bus took us back to the admin block where retrieval of the car key and the car's new location was clearly explained. All in all an excellent efficient and effective service. “Not for the first time have I used Bristol Airport APH and despite changes to make it more automatic have found it excellent, the staff helpful, cheerful and welcoming, on arrival, and the departure likewise super smooth despite the large numbers of people arriving at once. “Very disappointed this time around. Car was covered in what looked like sap from a tree or something similar. Horrendous to get off whilst the car was left in gear and the lights adjusted. Have used Silverzone in the past and been pleased but this time, very disappointed”
