“Drop off was ok however when returning I was given my keys with the bay number it was parked. When reaching the bay it wasn't my car, I returned to the very busy collection reception and the operator took my keys and I assumed they would cross check the details. I was advised they would look for the correct bay, I thought this was a paperwork check but it involved someone going out in a car to scan the car park for the car. This took about 20 minutes by this time the rain was now lashing down and my wife was waiting by the car with the cases. I asked again after 20 minutes And they advised they had found the car and returned the keys to my wife, which didn't help me in reception. I never like leaving my keys at parking areas and letting them move the car and this is the reason. Silver parking may be cheaper but be prepared for a lost car.”
“Quick and easy to use, drop off is now self-service but there was someone there to help navigate the machine. Pick up was straightforward and staff were very efficient but friendly and pleasant.”
“Silver Zone is very convenient. However do not understand why you asked us to remember where we had parked our car but then, when we returned, it had been moved to a completely different location? Apart from that we had no problems.”
