“silver zone was amazing, very easy to get to , directions to car park clearly marked, as a disabled passenger close enough to drop keys in reception, with no problem, very clean and tidy and staff very friendly Transfer to airport super fast. would definitely be using again without hesitation. Will be recommend to friends and family.”

TomTom stat nav still not accurate which was ok was we have been several times but you still hear customers frustration with not getting there first time.
Bus service good but too many seats which people can't use as cases are blocking access .
Pick up my keys only to find picture key ring totally broke picture gone .
Definitely dropped off in standards use to be a five star .

On return i was luckily the last person getting on a packed transfer bus so I quickly got my keys and left however behind me was a long queue as people swarmed of bus. Only one person was handing out keys and whilst he was quick I hope someone helped him?”
