“For a start , it would be quite helpful if you could put the correct postcode for the car park on the booking details, when relying on satnav directions. Shouldn't be difficult.
On our return to the airport, the queue for the shuttle buses was about 75 metres long, 3-4 deep. When we eventually boarded a bus, it was then held up and was unable to leave the parking area at the barrier.
The staff at the key collection were completely overwhelmed, although they worked hard and did their best, long queues formed again.
Bad organisation and bad management, poor systems.Not enough buses or staff to cope.”
