“When I got back to the car I noticed the fuel flap was open, I shut it and mentioned it to my husband. We have now noticed the fuel cap has been taken!! Do not leave your car here. Paid c.£90 for a week and now need to buy a replacement cap. Appalling service and behaviour. Do not use!”
“Major work to improve connectivity is under way for next few weeks (at least). While this continues there are major issues both getting from the parking to the terminal and vice versa. On arrival at 3:30 a.m. on Bank Holiday there were big queues to hand in keys and lack of signage caused confusion and dangerous crowding. On return 10 days later, the single barrier for buses and taxis failed to work causing delays of >20 minutes. At the silver zone reception the hard-working staff could not cope with the numbers and better signage would again have helped.”
“It was a good service. But our car was further away than where we left it. I think there should be a choice of whether you want your car moved or not.
Also for some reason our passenger seat was wet we noticed when we got home. It is a good service and we will continue to use it”
