“Unfortunately we arrived early morning to total chaos. There was not enough staff, direction or Information to greet the huge surge of travellers - no one knew where to queue for what - it was just a sea of people- many of them young children. Everyone was concerned about missing their flights so quite stressful & not a great start to anyone’s holiday. We weren’t being told what the hold up was/ what measures were in place to reassure us that we wouldn’t miss our fights.
However what staff there was were all polite, calm & helpful - which was impressive considering the pressure they were under so huge credit to them.
Im happy to report that on our return everything went like clockwork, slick and efficient.”
“The key drop system now involves a self-service facility at a bank of touch screens. It worked ok for us. There are humans available as well, if you prefer!
The buses are frequent and drop off is near the departure area.
Collecting our car key took a little longer, but rather that than being held up before our holiday.
Our car was moved and we had no scrapes or bumps to report, therefore a good service.”
