“Very handy and close however there were huge queues when we arrived at 4am and we nearly missed our plane- I would allow at least an hour to hand your car over- previously when we have used this service there was no queue at all so it caught us out”
“Checking in and key collection - very efficient and pleasant staff. However, on return to airport, there were several hundred people in the queue for a bus back to the Silverzone car park which was very slow moving. With a further 2 hour journey home by car we hired a taxi to take us back to the car park costing over £22, We feel that more buses should be put on at peak times with sufficient staff to clear the resulting queue for the return of the keys.”
“We have used silver zone many times and would highly recommend. This time there were a lot of flights landing at the same time which meant there were horrific queues outside the terminal building spanning the whole length. This led to some fraught conversations as some people felt it was ok to just join the queue at any point they felt fit. Whilst this is not silver zones fault I think maybe they need staff to organise returning passengers waiting for the bus back to the car park. 1st class service and well organised in all other area and would highly recommend.”
