“As per usual....everything was super smooth. Right from the time of booking, through to dropping car off and then finally picking up. Everything went smooth.
On our flight home, 3 planes landed together, this put extra pressure on the coach system from airport to carpark. Extra coaches came into play, everything worked as it should.

“Absolute carnage when we arrived due to an accident near the airport.
Unfortunately, the staff at Silver zone had no idea what was going on and as hundreds of people queued outside no one was really able to give any direction as to where to queue or what was happening as people panicked about missing their flight.
Obviously, the accident and hold ups were not the fault of Silver zone but there could've been better organisation and communication in this situation.
Return journey and key pick up was very straightforward.”
“Very easy drop off and bus ride to airport. On way back bus driver was just about to leave. ut stopped to let us on which meant i was at the front of the queue to pick up my keys. If I hadnt been it would have taken ages. Manual system and slow staff.”
“My first time using Bristol Airport Silver Zone carpark, easy to book online for one week and very near to the airport with bus transfers.
However, when I arrived back at Bristol airport from my holidays, there were a queue of people waiting to board the bus transfer to the silver zone carpark. We waited over 30 minutes before boarding a bus!
The collection for the car keys were very quick. We collected my car in no time and drove home after a long day. We will deffo use again, thank you :)”
