“The parking is so convienient, we purchased a combined hotel and parking package and it we so convenient.
However, my praise is tempered by the fact that on our return the car had a flat battery - we were not advised when we collected the keys despite our dashcam capturing the operative lifting the bonnet earlier in the day to move it from the parking area to the collection area. I was asked to sign a consent form to get it started but yet it was started without my consent earlier in the day!”
“This is the first time we have used Bristol Airport and the Silver Zone parking, this is a fantastic facility and very easy, staff are polite and lots of them, instructions were clear, waited 5 minutes for the connecting bus to take us to the airport and same on the return, we will be booking this facility again for our trip in September.”
“Very busy place but l was helped fast and found it easy to find and park . Take a one write bay number down so they know where you parked. Found it not so good coming back Ladie couldn’t find my key. Think about 10 people or more where in and out before she found my key. That was because she was looking in the wrong boxes.”
“Ran like clockwork. Arrived 02.30 got parked up,went to key drop off and used self service machine. There were staff there ready to help. Got ticket went outside. There was a bus just leaving full up,another pulled up straight away. Got dropped off outside departures. Easy. On way home waited for 3 buses as it was very busy,glad it wasnt raining,i think they need a canopy at least just in case. Got to key pick up. Quick service. Found car no problem. Great experience.”
