“I have used silver zone for many years never had a problem. But on Saturday 8/6/24 about 04.15am I arrived to book in my car very difficult to find a space then to find a big queue to book car in outside in the rain, then another queue for bus what was going on ? Then on our return at 13.30 15/6/24 we came out of arrivals to fin a verry long queue which took us 45 minutes before we got on a bus !
I must say when I went to key pick up the queue moved very quickly great work for the hard working staff. What was happening? To cause these problems ?”
