“Never parked at Bristol Airport before with APH
What can I say, unbelievably efficient, so easy to park, hand keys in and on return, never got out of an airport so quick!”
“On arrival I been told to pay extra 20£. My return flight has been changed after I booked parking and this make my return back for 1am next day. They charged me 20£ for extra hour of not my fault. They didn't want to know my explanation and put me in difficult position either pay or don't go on holiday. In this instance I rather deal with the computer than miserable customer service person.”

Only issues were when we returned; 'sticky steering wheel' and all the radio stations altered obviously where the driver had sat in the car eating and listening to the radio!!!!”
“As a first time user I found the machine a bit confusing and our keys got stuck in the chute. There was no one immediately on hand but when we found someone she had a metal rod to push the keys so this must happen quite often. The bus back from the terminal was very full with insufficient space for all the luggage so we were uncomfortably wedged in our seats. There was a long queue to reclaim our keys, maybe 40 people, but only one person on the counter. After a while a second person joined him but it was quite a long wait at the end of a day travelling. Surely the point of knowing our flight details is to ensure cover at busier times? The heating controls in our car had been altered to full on heat and the auto handbrake had been turned off which was potentially dangerous as the car moved forward unexpectedly at the first set of traffic lights. Overall the service was no more than adequate and could have been much better.”
“Not happy the car was moved from where it was parked . Does not seem to be any need to move them from one big car park to another big car park next door ? We had not factored in the extra time that it took to drop off the keys and catch a bus . Bring back the old parking opposite the airport building- 10 minutes and job done !”
