“Drop off was quick, though had to pay for an extra day due to change of flight time of 3 hours, even though I had called 2 weeks previously and someone said that was ok! Return bus to car park was very busy. Key collection was quick even though some people still do not heed the 'single person' collection signs. Was on the road in no time, though it was the early hours of a Sunday morning. Can be chaotic a busy times.”
“Previous experiences at Bristol have been great. This time on 15th June was shocking. From arriving at the key drop centre to getting into the airport was over an hour. Most of it waiting outside in the cold and rain. They said it was always busy at this time - why not erect some cover for people if that is the case. No-one else I spoke to had ever seen it so bad.
Coming back was fine.”
