“The automatic check in had someone on hand to help at 3 am. Transfers were quick and easy. The car was only moved 300m from the drop off point at a max speed of 23 mph. The return key collection was OK but rushed and the manoeuvring for getting the car out of the collection area was a bit tight, took a couple of shuffles because of the narrow lanes. Could do with an EV charging point as an added option.”
“Good service as usual but used to rely on number verification at exit barrier but when I got there it said needed a coupon or ticket which I didnt have because had to hand in to get keys. Seemed a number of people had problems because there were queues at the barrier. The old system was much simpler and no one informed us it had changed which is more than a little frustrating at 3am in the morning.”
“As expected dropping off the car took longer just because of the volume of people doing the same thing - even at 0400 hrs !! Stafford systems worked really well to manage us through as soon as possible. Coming back however to collect the car at 15.00 hrs was a doddle. Transfer bus within 15 minutes, collection of car within 15 mins. Excellent service.”
