“Easy to find and next to the airport. Very quick and easy to park and book in the car and the bus was waiting to take us to the airport. While on holiday I lost my green receipt and I had forgotten to take a photo of it on my phone. So I phoned the silver zone parking and was told by a very helpful lady that I just need to produce photo ID and registration number, so that put me at ease. When I came to collect my car everything went smoothly and I was soon on my way back home.”
“Going to airport was fine, coming back, we waited 20 mins for bus, which is a long time then we waited a further 20 mins on the bus, whilst the driver was talking to another Silverzone bus driver which was behind us!!40 mins in all I could have been half way to my destination in this time!! Not a good service having to wait 40 mins to get to your car. I will post a review to inform people that your service has a 40 mins wait on return! I also find your drivers rude! And ignorant! As an older person standing in a bus for 20 mins is out of order.look at pic if driver on his phone whilst we wait 20 mins on bus!”
