“Going to airport was fine, coming back, we waited 20 mins for bus, which is a long time then we waited a further 20 mins on the bus, whilst the driver was talking to another Silverzone bus driver which was behind us!!40 mins in all I could have been half way to my destination in this time!! Not a good service having to wait 40 mins to get to your car. I will post a review to inform people that your service has a 40 mins wait on return! I also find your drivers rude! And ignorant! As an older person standing in a bus for 20 mins is out of order.look at pic if driver on his phone whilst we wait 20 mins on bus!”
“The only criticism I have. I put on the computer I was a blue badge holder & they put my car quite a long way to walk with my suitcase.
And the new walk area , walking back it’s quite an incline for elderly people.”
