“Very rude counter staff when collecting keys. No toilets available. Many adjustments had been made to our car. Different radio station tuned in, lights, wipers turned off from automatic, fans not working etc”
“Easy to find and next to the airport. Very quick and easy to park and book in the car and the bus was waiting to take us to the airport. While on holiday I lost my green receipt and I had forgotten to take a photo of it on my phone. So I phoned the silver zone parking and was told by a very helpful lady that I just need to produce photo ID and registration number, so that put me at ease. When I came to collect my car everything went smoothly and I was soon on my way back home.”
