“It was hard to find the hotel as it had no sign on the outside, the room was noisy, the lady booked me so close to the lift with a squeaky door and I had asked for a quiet room. For the price it was too much, next time I will book a different hotel. Food was overpriced, the room was clean that's all I can say was good.”
“We had an overnight stay before going on holiday. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a wet carpet from a leak on the shower. Our room was changed immediately and manager brought us the key and offered to help carry our bags. My husband needed a travel razor which was immediately brought to our room by the receptionist. We had an evening meal in the hotel which was excellent. All staff were very helpful even though they were very busy. Continental breakfast at 4am next morning pre flight. Well done everyone at Novotel your service and care was excellent.”

“We had booked a table with other family and friends so a largish party with children. The staff were very helpful and had moved tables so we could all sit together. They were very attentive in making sure we got served and ensured the children had there choices of meal.
The rooms were good but unfortunately our power sockets didn't work but this was quickly resolved. The sink outlet was slow to drain but this problem has been experienced in many other hotels.
Overall staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean.”
