Website suggests booking a Resteraunt table by email then ignores your email. Chased reception and informed only doable on the day and not in advbance. Website should say this and they should not igmore emails.
The bathroom sink and shower were slow to the extent that when shoewring you ended up standing in inches of water.
The shower screen was missing part of the seal so that the bathroom floor flooded a foot from the bath.”
“Our stay at Novotel Birmingham Airport was disappointing. The room was uncomfortably hot, with air conditioning that barely functioned. Despite efforts, staff were unable to get the television working, and the additional beds squeaked consistently throughout the night, disrupting sleep. Given these issues, we would choose a different hotel in the future rather than return to this one.”
