“Out preflight stay here was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed an early evening dinner. Breakfast was also very relaxing and pleasant and could have been very quick if you were in a hurry.”

Turned up utter carnage in the reception area then didn't have our reservation although had all paper work proof of payment etc .. a hour later and very tired children we got a room. Told us the wrong floor beds weren't in the room only a double no the 2 for the children for family room... Absolutely shocking rude receptionist will be putting formal complaint in”
“All though our stay was very brief on arrival we found staff to be very helpful and very friendly. We had a very early flight so didn't experience the breakfast but if like the way the hotel in general was. Then I'm sure would have been amazing.”
“Everything was small about this hotel, from the two check in desks, to the two overcrowded lobbies, the two micro sized lifts. The toilet in our room (101) appeared to have an issue with constant water flowing so it kept half of us up through the night sounding like a bad water feature. It is a matter of falling out into the departures lounge on an early morning so that was good. But there are other hotels right next to it.”
