“The room wasn't great, the sofa bed was not comfortable and the sheets on ut didn't even cover it fully
The lift and turn drain stopper that opens and closes the bath/shower plug had broken (completely fallen off). The seperate toilet was tiny, and the walls either side of the toilet were splashed with what would either have been urine or splashback from regular flushing with the lid up. Either way place walls need wiping as part of the cleaning process
Also in the restaurant it was £16.95 for a basic childrens meal, absolute daylight robbery!”
“Great to be so near to airport terminal. Finding entrance needs to be clearer with signs as end up walking around trying to find it .
Food was okay but could be expanded .
Friendly staff . Room was good and pillows good .

The room service however…….. all hot food was tepid at best. No glasses for the water and it all took 45 mins to arrive.”
“We booked a family 4 room, double bed, two single beds. Travelled with two kids, boy and a girl. But on arrival the room was set up with a double bed and double bed for kids! No issue, we split the two beds and asked the cleaner for another duvet. Instead of us being told OK, we got it's your fault you should have made it clear on your booking! To which I showed her my booking stating family 4 room. The cleaner provided another duvet, but wasn't happy! Other than this small issue, great stay, perfect location, great start to our holiday....”
