“Clean and comfortable, and very handy for the departure terminal. Only downside was the air conditioning in the room was very poor (it was a very hot week in the UK), almost to the point I’d say it wasn’t working at all… but the staff very quickly responded and supplied us with a fan, which helped.”

Disappointed with family room. 2 children had to share small bed with sheet not fully covering bed. Barely room to shut the curtain and walk between the beds.
Also most of the food in the restaurant was good and the family enjoyed. I had a curry from the gluten free menu. First it came out with gluten containing nan bread, then was replaced with a piece of gluten free toast. I think this was poor for a hotel restaurant of this quality.”
