“After paying over £280 for a service, on our return from holiday and when getting in my car after a very long day/night, my branded car mats had been stolen. The service at the Valet reception was non existent, just trying to get you out and giving an e-mail address to write into.
Two days later, my Son noticed a lighter down the passenger side door, more evidence of likely smoking in my car. There is no reason for anyone to be in the passenger seat either. The complaint is still ongoing, NCP Operations team provide no evidence of checking CCTV and NCP accept no liability. Basically, an NCP employee/s are able to steal property with no possibility of being caught, or fear of proper investigation. I have contacted the Police and have a crime number but appreciate resources are better used elsewhere. Would never use this service at Birmingham again.”
“Not the valet parking that I’m used to. Had to drop my car off at a car park then walk over to the main airport. Not very good for an early morning flight with two young children. Also had to find a trolley to load the cases onto as the staff were not very helpful. On our return it took several call to get through to the office to arrange picking my car back up-which was at the same car park where I left it so had to struggle again to get across to the car park.”
