“Instructions did not explain that you had to park in a bay first this lead to chaos stuck waiting for cars to move and unclear what to do. - please update the instructions you send out. The person who took our key told us that when we arrived back we needed to phone a number before getting to the car. No one picked up the phone but luckily our car was ready to collect. On collection of the keys we were asked to sign the collection form without suggesting we inspected the car. One person was told they couldn’t have their key to allow them to inspect the inside. Staff need more training. It’s not really vallet parking if you can’t drive in leave your keys and head to the airport. Good point is that at time of booking it was cheaper than the car parks nearby.”
“Chaotic when we arrived , no drivers available to take the vehicle, felt I had to abandon it and drop the keys off. Totally different story on return. Quick call after deplaning, vehicle waiting and ready to be picked up. Two massive different experiences”
“The valet parking area is too small and everything is uncoordinated. The bloke in the kiosk has papers everywhere trying to find your Booking. Once found an attendant parks your car in a 1 way system which means you are blocking 7 cars behind you while you're trying to quickly load your boot with your luggage. While frantically loading the car, One of the attendants asked me if I wanted to inspect the car while another asked us to MOVE at the same time! We told him what for as it was his assistant who parked in the 1 way system (as nowhere else to park) and drive off.
Don't park here.”
“Makes life easy, well signposted, park your car and then drop your keys at kiosk.
A few minutes walk to terminal building.
On return you can ring to notify of arrival or in my case unable to get through and car was still immediately available as they must monitor flight arrivals.

“Great drop off next to terminal. About a 3 min walk. Only slight problem I had was that you have to ring when at baggage claim and it took many attempts until someone answered at 2am”
