“Not only is this NOT valet parking as we had to park up our van ourselves, but the staff were extremely rude on arrival to myself and the lady in front of me, then when we came back to collect our vehicle 5 miles were added on the clock...I'm glad we took a photo before and after. I also need details of how to make a formal complaint about this because I want answers.”
“I had to change plans and take a taxi as after printing out the vouchers and reading the small print I found that the service won’t take vans despite having clearly entered the type of vehicle into the quote system. No warning was given that the service was invalid. I had to spend a further £130 to get a taxi service at the last minute.”

Lady in the offfice trying to organise all the paperwork. People were standing out in the rain waiting for their cars to go home.
An amazing guy called Barry did a great job of trying to organise car returns and the lady in the office kept her cool whilst up to the eyeball with forms. There MUST be more staff and they need training and overseeing by the likes ofBarry who most certainly could make this place more efficient (ps he and the lady in the office deserve a pay rise.)
I would only use this parking again if there are more staff. Final chance or we will go (elsewhere.”
