“Not sure where the car had been kept but the heating , air con had all been messed with the car seat had had been pulled back for an 8 foot giant to drive , just thought was it necessary to mess with all the buttons although everything else was faultless and easy”

“Appalling service upon return. Was told by staff they didn’t know where the car was and was possibly 2 miles away, and that they would try to get it out. We paid a premium for valet parking which is so poised to give convenience, turns out we paid a premium for inconvenience. Waited an unacceptable amount of time for them to try to find our car off site and get it. Will never pay for this again, we will from now on pay less to use the multi story self park car park as it’ll be quicker and easier.”
“Over all a good experience. When we landed back in the UK I couldn’t get through on the number provided. We made our way to the car park and explained they told us they were very busy. This resulted in a short delay but only 10mins. I would definitely use them again.”
