Overall experience was good. However I needed to use the intercom to the entrance of the car park to talk to staff. I tried both 2&3 and no answer at 6:30am.

Absoutely awful. Paid for car park 2&3 and couldn’t get a space so ended up in car park 5. Absolutely horrendous!!

Very convenient (especially when weather is dry). Poorly signposted inside there really should be clear arrows on the driveways as we saw several people driving the wrong way.

The doors are not wide enough to fit an airport trolley and suitcases through or one half of the doors are locked. Seems a bit odd for an airport car park!

Applying beforehand makes the exit procedure so simple and one less worry on the return trip. Now finding a parking space when you arrive at the Car Park that's a whole different story and in my case required driving around the car park multiple times and hoping somebody would vacate

Everything fine except on the exit. Needed to use intercom to confirm I had prebooked, reg number didn’t appear to have been recognised. My wife and I were amazed how full the facility was, automatic lighting worked well
